This magnificent 14th-century castle isin a 12-acre woodland estate. Many rooms have luxury features such as four-poster beds, or a window seatin the old stone walls, looking out over the beautiful grounds.
Enjoy a candlelit dinner in Josephine’s Restaurant, awarded 2 AA Rosettes for its fine food. It offers regional produce, seasonal fish and local game. You can also have a drink in the superb drawing room, with stained-glass windows and a log fire.
The award-winning Langley Castle was built in 1350, during the reign of Edward III. It has 7-foot thick walls, and far-reaching views over the Northumbrian Valley. Wi-Fi is free throughout the building, and parking is free on site.
Langley Castle is perfect for discovering Hadrian’s Wall, just 5 miles from the building. Newcastle city centre can be reached in less than 40 minutes’ drive.
The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
We take a damage deposit of £100.00 on arrival, which is deducted from there final balance, however if any damage has been caused in the room. Charges will apply
